• 8:30 am - 10:30 am: Registration/Check-In

• 9:30 am - 10:30am: O.V. Checks

  • After placement of judged vehicles

• 8:30 am - 4:00 pm: Vehicle Displays

  • Or when field is released

• 11:00 am:  Museum and Tours Open

• 11:30 am: Rags Down

• 11:30 am - 12:30 pm: Lunch Break & Judges Meeting

• 12:30 pm - 3:00 pm: Concours Judging

• Awards Presentation upon completion of scoring review

• 6:30 pm: Reception and Cocktails at Pappadeaux Restaurant

• 7:00 pm: Concours Dinner, Pappadeaux Restaurant

• Operational Verification (OV) checks after the positioning of your vehicles. JOANT members will be assisting participants at all stages. Truck and trailer parking is available close by.

• Lunch is available for purchase for everyone from on-site food truck.
