Google Road Rally

The Google Road Rally will allow club members and guests to exercise their Jaguars on mostly open scenic roads. The route has been determined utilizing Google Maps and the target times for the rally are based on the Google times. There will be awards for the shortest overall time, longest overall time and "Must Have Gotten Lost" time. Please understand that this road rally is not a "Cannonball Run" but, do feel free to exercise your Jags within the laws of the land.

We will begin at our club's sponsor, Park Place Jaguar-Land Rover in Grapevine at 9:20am. After a short driver's meeting at 9:45am, we will line up and leave at 10:00am.

The route will take you to Texas Motor Speedway (TMS). After touring TMS, we will continue the road rally by driving to Eagles Canyon Raceway, North of Decatur. There, we will take a parade lap of their newly-repaved track. Afterwards, we will caravan to Decatur to eat at Sweetie Pie's Ribeye Restaurant and announce the awards. Don't sweat the rally instructions. If you get lost, just use your smart phone to find us at one of the announced stops.

The Red River Triumph Club has been invited to join us, so we may see some of our British "little sisters"!
