About the Event

With orders in for good weather, this will be a great time to have fun, fellowship, and show your cars before winter sets in. This will also be a great opportunity to discover the Cavanaugh Flight Museum and the wonders of flight and its development though history since the Wright Brothers.

The cars will be able to park near the planes, etc.; thereby providing great photo ops. Both outdoor and indoor seating with tables will be a great place for lunch, we plan to make arrangements for lunch, etc. at an additional cost, see your Evite for additional info. Space is limited so be sure to RSVP.

Classic car lovers are also aviation lovers. I expect we will have a mixture of the older classics Jags e.g., 1950's XK’s, 1960's E-Types as well as a number of more modern and newer Jags.

I recommend everyone tour the museum.

The Cavanaugh Flight Museum is one of the nation’s premier aviation museums with over 50 aircraft from WWI though the Vietnam conflict. The museum houses some of the rarest examples of warbirds in the world including combat veterans like the P-51 Mustang, “Brat III” and the B-25 Mitchell. There is also a wide assortment of armored vehicles and civilian aircraft for viewing.

Cost: The Museum is offering the club a very special deal for the day of our show. Drivers’ admission is free and all others will receive the senior and military's price of only $8.00 per person.

Donations to the museum would be greatly appreciated!

For questions, etc., contact Ben Davis, VP at ben.davisjr100@yahoo.com

Many thanks to the Cavanaugh Flight Museum for hosting our event.

See Ya at the Show!
