2022 I J F Cancellation Policies

Embassy Suites Host Hotel: The 2022 I J F registration provides a dedicated link to the Embassy Suites / Love Field hotel reservation center. All hotel reservations are subject to the Embassy Suites cancellation policy. All hotel reservations and cancellations must be made through the dedicated link as provided by the 2022 I J F registration page or by contacting the hotel directly at 214-358-6911 and referencing the reservations for JOANT / International Jaguar Festival. 2022 I J F Event Registration Refund: Due to the advance procurement and reservations that are stipulated by our event partners and suppliers, including the cost of processing credit card fees for both credits and debits, the 2022 I J F event finds it necessary to apply the following registration refund parameters: *A 90% refund of all 2022 I J F registration fees will be provided if requested prior to August 26, 2022. *Refund requests made from August 27 through September 27 shall receive 50% of all registration fees previously paid. *No refunds in part or whole will be considered if requested on or after September 28, 2022.
